This achieves multiple objectives. 1. We get to know you and understand your level of concern. 2. We will be able to tell if the project is something we are comfortable taking on. And 3. We start collecting data about where the project is located and schedule a time to come look at the project.

Once we have agreed on a time and date, we will come take a look at the project. Every project has its own special considerations and we want to talk through those with you. We want to walk you through the services that we can offer for your particular project and make sure that you are comfortable with the methods that we will use while being in your space.

Finally we will provide you with a proposal for your project. This proposal will lay out any exclusions and define the project scope in a way that is succinct and digestible. if you have any questions we are happy to address them and alter the proposal if needed. After receiving a signed copy of the proposal, we will work with you to schedule the project and get the demolition done for you.
